Old Cheese Factory celebrates Grand Opening
The Grand Opening of the Old Cheese Factory was held on July
30, 2004 to great fanfare as customers filled the store, looking
at what it has to offer. The store also features Desjardins
Florist and carries a wide assortment of frozen foods, desserts,
fresh baked goods and crafts. Councillor Jo-Anne Albert was
present for the official opening and explained that the Municipality
eagerly awaited the opening. The building was completely refurbished
and is a great addition to Tweed. It is located just north
of Tweed across from Tim Hortons.
